The CFC-Y Regional Youth Conference is a vibrant, faith-filled event happening on May 31, 2025, at the Green Acres Center, located at 4401 Sideburn Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030. Running from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, this dynamic gathering brings together young people for a day of fun, creativity, and spiritual growth.​

PRECON REGISTRATION​

​

  1. Click the button below to register. You will be taken to our ticket provider, Zeffy.

  2. Select the corresponding ticket:

    1. General Admission ($20) ticket is for all participants (youth and adults)​.

    2. Service Team ($10)  is for designated service team volunteers only. Do not select this option unless instructed to by your coordinator.

  3. ​Fill in the details for each ticket.

  4. On the payment field, Zeffy will ask for a voluntary donation by default. To bypass this, select "Other" as an option and leave the amount blank.

  5. Pay by credit card.

  6. You will receive an e-Ticket and email confirmation after the purchase.

  7. All attendees must completed this Consent Form. Parent's of attendees 18 years and below must fill up the form. Adults can self-sign the consent.

​​​COMPETITIONS
 

Attendees can enjoy sports like basketball and volleyball, as well as showcase their talents in competitions such as banner design, CFC-Y merch creation, dance, band performances, original songwriting, poetry slams, an Amazing Race-style challenge, and video and photo contests. The event also features praise and worship sessions paired with inspiring talks to uplift and motivate participants.​ Deadline for competition entry form and submissions will be on May 20, 2025.

  • 03:15 pm PreCon Talk and Reflection

  • 05:00 pm Awarding Ceremony, Closing Remarks and Praisefest
